Really, what I experienced was ownership simply pushing their luck, ad hoc. The cleaning lady and her work itself was satisfactory, although not what was expected for an initial premium $ deep clean. The communication was sloppy, vague, … More and opportunistic. The Owner fired this client after day one, in retaliation for me disputing being pressured to pay $60 for unauthorized extras. We treated you with respect and dignity in our home, trusted you with our wallet, but I’m just listening to circular arguments and excuses after being offended for having a questioning attitude. Would have been fine had they prioritized establishing trust with their client with doing their job. So my overall review is made on the basis of ‘Trust’, which has earned Triple C Services with a Score of Zero “0”.
what I messaged ownership after the shake down -
“Hi Sergii,
This was the first deep clean, contracted and negotiated at $220 after the earlier estimates of $165 and $195. The service was performed by one cleaner in 5.5 hours — ordinary duration for a thorough residential clean. The future bi-weekly rate is $195 for essentially the same labor once the house is already clean. No written scope was ever provided that showed what additional intensity or tasks justified the higher first-visit price.
My wife shared she asked Oxana if she was including cleaning the oven today as part of the first day premium deep clean. She didn’t instruct her to do extra work, but was trying to clarify what scope Oxana intended to fulfill. Oxana just replied yes.
Your own message then referred to this premium deep-clean visit as “the usual cleaning” while still collecting the higher rate and adding a charge for the ovens. That language is inconsistent with a differentiated deep-clean service.
I specifically requested written itemized pricing on extras so we could approve them in advance. You admitted you forgot that request. No price was confirmed with me as the account holder before the work was performed. The cleaner was given a courtesy walkthrough on her first visit because the original walkthrough had been only with you. My wife was not given a clear cost, so there was no valid implied consent for any additional charge. Any extras were understood as applying to the future bi-weekly rate, not stacked onto the already higher deep-clean visit.
Under ordinary standards of clear scope, price, and prior authorization, a post-facto charge is not valid. I will pay the agreed $220 only. I do not accept any additional amount for the ovens.
Looking ahead, I would like us to get the working relationship onto a clearer footing so it can improve rather than become a source of friction. If we continue, I simply need a written rate sheet and a written scope that clearly differentiates the deep clean from the bi-weekly clean before the next visit. That way everyone knows exactly what is included and what requires prior approval.
There are no hard feelings about the miscommunication or the vagueness that occurred this time. I just want the expectations to be fully transparent going forward so the same issue does not arise again. We assumed this was a proper deep clean at a premium rate and therefore expected a higher standard of clarity around any extras. We are not prepared to accept ongoing ad-hoc price adjustments without clear prior consideration and express authorization.
Please send me the bill for the agreed $220. I am confident that with clear documentation in place we can build a smooth and professional relationship from here.”
- Really disappointing. Never fun getting hustled for $60 change orders that were never authorized or agreed upon. Not a valued business when the owner gives unilateral ultimatums without question. Owner quit after day one because I refused to get hustled and wasn’t interested in hiring cleaning services as a contribution for charity. -

We used Triple C for our move-out and the crew did an amazing job. The owner Sergeii was very accommodating in meeting our needs, both with scheduling & requested work, all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them! -

I have been a client of Sergii and Triple C Services since 2022. I’ve only had two cleaners during that entire time, and both were great. The price is competitive and the cleaning is thorough.
We went through a spell where we were struggling … More a lot financially and couldn’t afford the cleaning for a number of months. Sergii worked with us to keep our slot on the schedule and get paid up on our invoices. We were so happy to be able to resume the service once our finances stabilized.
Finally, I would like to add that the cleaners we’ve had have always been very kind to our little dog, even though he can be sort of a jerk to them at times. I highly recommend Triple C, you won’t regret choosing this lovely family owned business for your cleaning needs. -
